I turned my life around a few years ago and retrained as an International Life Coach to help other people fulfil their potential at any age and in any field.
My main 2 areas of expertise are Parental Coaching and Food-related Addictions.
I have been a professional Nanny/Childminder in Ireland and France (where I am from originally) for the last 25 years, working with different families and seeing them all struggle at some point either with Work/Life balance, Siblings Rivalry, Challenging behaviours, Fussy Eaters, Toilet training, Sleep patterns, Emotions, etc… I was lucky enough to be helping them from the inside according to their different Beliefs and Values.
My Philosophy
I don’t believe in “One Size Fits All”, I believe I need to LISTEN to my clients carefully to find out what THEY personally want, what THEY wish for their family life, not what is the latest trend out there (Gentle parenting vs Discipline, Fast Food vs Healthy food, Milestones vs Own Pace, Routine vs Body Clock, there is so much white noise out there….) The approach is the same about Food disorders and what really nourishes your body and mind. There is no black and white answer, only the questions you are willing to ask yourself:

“What is the benefit of doing that?”
“What will I gain/lose if I act this way?”
“In an ideal world where all options are open, what would I choose?”
“What is important to me and what am I willing to Compromise on?”

I call myself the Wonder Nanny Coach because I believe we must all listen to the little child inside us (and also the little ones we are raising). At some stage in our life, we have been told to GROW UP and for a lot of us it meant giving up on Dreams and Individuality. It is time to take these back, remember what made us tick and laugh and feel Happy.
